Please fill out this form if you are interested in getting screened for our Connection in the Wake of Antisemitism support group. Please note that completing the initial interest form does not guarantee acceptance to the group. We are carefully screening people to ensure the group will work well for every participant.


If you do not make it to this group we will put you on our waitlist should another group be scheduled. In the meantime, we can provide resources and support if needed.
