Do You Need to Talk to Someone?

Our service is 100% free to lower barriers to emotional and spiritual care

RUACH is a network of Jewish emotional and spiritual volunteer-supporters with emotional and spiritual advising skills, including licensed therapists, social workers, clergy, chaplains, and advanced students, seeking to help persons over the age of 18 during these challenging times. We are offering support during the COVID-19 pandemic and after. We are a nondenominational project -- volunteer-supporters span the Jewish denominational spectrum and can provide support for those from any denominational or religious background. We provide inclusive and accessible support to persons from all walks of life, regardless of religion/observance level, age, nationality, gender identity, orientation, or political affiliation.

Note that RUACH DOES NOT provide mental health, medical or other therapeutic care. We are providing short-term (1-6 sessions) volunteer support to help meet immediate emotional and spiritual needs. Following your time with us, if you wish, you will be referred to a local service agency. Services provided by RUACH are not a substitute for mental health care, therapy, or psychological or medical services."
